Director Laljose presented the entire package, with right ingredients. We can’t tell that he got an outstanding script, however his execution of the script was the success of Diamond Necklace. Adding to that, an outstanding performance by Fahad Fazil is a key success factor of the movie. The cinematography did capture some unseen visuals of Dubai which is hard to find in other movies. The film talk about Dr Arun (Fahad Fazil), who enjoys his life in Dubai and his different relationship with three women. Maya (Samvrutha Sunil) who is running a beauty parlor, next a nurse, Lakshmi (Gauthami Nair), and a dancer Rajasri (Anu Sri). Film talk about what type of relation Arun is having with three of them, and why it is so? How his life changes after that will form the rest of the story. Performance of the actors did play a huge factor in this movie, Fahad Fazil as we expect he did his role with much dedication, No doubt he has improved and grown as one of the matured actors we are having in Malayalam industry right now. After his commanding performance in 22FK, he did not disappoint with his latest offering. Samvrutha as usual continued her amazing acting and shown her experiance as an actor, and she got a different look too. Gauthami Nair after the Second show, come up with another good job, and Anusri tried her best with her début, however little controlled acting should have been better, for sure she is here to stay. After Fahad, if you ask me to pick the next , it is Sreenivasan, he simply excelled as the auto-mechanic shop owner. Rohini too did her part convincingly. Director Laljose, changed his usual style of filming, and no doubt his new style was quite a success. Script by Ikbal is impressive, but cannot be termed as an outstanding one. Definitely lot better from his earlier Sevens. However his dialogues are really impressive with some fine hilarious humour.The songs by vidyasagar is good, and well picturised too. After Nidra, Sameer Thahir once again stole the limelight with his outstanding frames. Ranjan Abraham did a fine job with scissors, could have been better in the initial scenes of second half. At the end film turned out to be an impressive one, filled with some fine humour and also with a good message. Laljose tried hard to pack and label diamond Necklace as a new generation film, Well he almost succeeded doing so..
